1. Who we are
SEAVALE Residences Patong is a condominium project in Patong, Kathu, Phuket, developed by Vettrina Corporation Company Limited. Sales and marketing are handled by its authorized agent, Real S Hospitality Co., Ltd. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean both companies. This policy explains how we handle personal data collected through seavalepatong.com, in line with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
2. Data we collect
Information you give us
- When you fill in a form on this website: your name, email address, phone number, the unit or topic you are interested in, and your message.
- When you contact us by WhatsApp, LINE, phone or email: the details you choose to share in that conversation.
Information collected automatically
Only if you allow it in the cookie banner (see section 6): pages you visit, time spent on the site, the type of device and browser you use, your approximate location (city level), and whether you arrived from one of our ads.
3. How we use your data
- To reply to your enquiry and send you the information you asked for, such as prices, floor plans or the investment kit.
- To arrange viewings and follow up on your interest in the project.
- To send you news and offers about SEAVALE, only if you agreed to receive marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- To measure how the website and our advertising perform, only if you accepted analytics or advertising cookies.
- To keep the website secure and working.
We process your data to take steps you request before a possible purchase, on the basis of your consent for marketing and non-essential cookies, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in running a secure website.
4. Who we share it with
- Our sales team and authorized sales agents working on the project, so they can respond to you.
- Google — Google Analytics, Google Ads and Google Tag Manager (measurement, only with your consent), and Google's email service, which delivers our replies to you.
- Meta — the Meta Pixel on our home page, only if you accept advertising cookies.
- WhatsApp and LINE, when you choose to contact us through them.
- Government authorities, when the law requires it.
We do not sell your personal data.
Ad measurement
If you accepted advertising cookies and submit a form after clicking one of our Google ads, Google may receive your email address in hashed (encrypted) form. Google uses it only to match the enquiry to the ad click so we can see which ads work. It is not used to contact you.
5. Data stored outside Thailand
Google, Meta, WhatsApp and LINE may store and process data on servers outside Thailand. These providers apply their own safeguards for international transfers.
6. Cookies
Cookies are small files saved in your browser. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept all cookies, keep only the necessary ones, or choose by category. Analytics and advertising cookies stay off until you accept them.

7. How long we keep your data
We keep enquiry details for as long as we need them to respond to you and follow up on your interest in the project. If you become a buyer, we keep the records required for your purchase and by law. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
8. Your rights
Under the PDPA you can ask to access or receive a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to its use, move it to another provider, and withdraw your consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect what we did before. You can also complain to the Office of the Personal Data Protection Committee (PDPC).
